SumoworX Legal Research Group (SumoworX LRG) Constitution

Preamble

This constitution establishes SumoworX Legal Research Group (SumoworX LRG) as a private, membership-based entity dedicated to providing research and educational resources exclusively to its members, who are Pro Se litigants. It sets forth the governing principles, organizational structure, and operational guidelines, ensuring adherence to legal standards and confidentiality.

Article I: Name and Purpose

1. Name: The organization shall operate under the name SumoworX Legal Research Group (SumoworX LRG).
2. Purpose: To exclusively support its private members by providing tailored legal research, educational materials, and guidance, facilitating effective self-representation in legal matters.

Article II: Compliance and Confidentiality

1. Compliance: SumoworX LRG will operate in compliance with applicable state and federal laws, particularly those concerning privacy and data protection.
2. Confidentiality: Upholding the confidentiality of member information is paramount. All activities and services will respect the privacy of its members.

Article III: Membership

1. Eligibility and Admission: Membership is by invitation or application approval only, subject to review by the Board of Directors.
2. Privileges: Members have exclusive access to all SumoworX LRG resources, services, and support.
3. Confidentiality Agreement: All members must agree to a confidentiality agreement respecting the privacy and proprietary nature of resources and discussions within the group.

Article IV: Governance

1. Board of Directors: The organization shall be governed by a Board of Directors, ensuring the group's privacy, resource integrity, and compliance with legal standards.
2. Officers: Designated officers, including a President, Secretary, and Treasurer, will oversee daily operations and member services.

Article V: Meetings

1. Frequency and Privacy: The Board of Directors shall convene regularly in private sessions. Member meetings shall be held as needed and conducted in a manner that ensures privacy and confidentiality.
2. Notice: All meetings shall be announced to relevant parties while maintaining the group's private nature.

Article VI: Amendments

1. Proposal and Approval: Amendments can be proposed by the Board or a member petition. Adoption requires a two-thirds majority vote of the Board.

Article VII: Dissolution

1. Procedure and Asset Distribution: In case of dissolution, remaining assets, after debt clearance, shall be distributed as per the Board's decision, prioritizing privacy and legal compliance.

Article VIII: Non-Discrimination

SumoworX LRG adheres to non-discriminatory practices in its membership and operations.

Article IX: Limitation of Liability

SumoworX LRG provides resources for informational purposes to its members and disclaims liability for actions taken based on this information.

Article X: Effective Date and Review

This constitution is effective upon ratification by the Board and will be regularly reviewed and updated to meet evolving needs and legal standards.
